Guild Buff System
The guild buff system rewards players or guildmembers with awesome Buff in exchange of contributing Zeny to their Guild Stash. The more the their members contribute, the higher the buff provides
The Guild Stash Manager NPC is located on the left hand part of the Brunhilde Hall.
Guild Buff Leveling
Guild Buff greatly depends on your Guild Level and your Guild Treasury. The higher your guild level, the higher you can level your Guild Buff. Basically your Max Guild Buff is your Max Guild Level.
Level Cap - Maximum Guild level is Level 50, therefore your Maximum Guild Buff is Level 50. Guild Contribution - Each Guild Buff Level will cost the entire guild 15,000,000z. Guild members should help each other contributing and get the highest Guild Buff possible as the Guild Buff is a great help for KoE, WoE, PVP Events, and even farming. Guild Buff Decay - To make sure that this feature continuously helps the entire server economy, and make sure that guild members stays active and not just login during events, Guild Buff Decays are implemented. Each Guild Buff duration will only last until Sunday 11:59 PM. After it goes on and beyond Midnight(Technically Monday Midnight), your Guild Treasury will be deducted with 7 Guild Buff (105,000,000z) Levels worth. This goes on weekly, thus every guild must continuously maintain their Guild Treasury. If the guild stops contributing to their stash, their Guild Buff will deteriorate until such point that they will loose all their Guild Buff. eg. If your Guild Buff before Sunday 11:59PM is Level 50, after midnight it becomes Level 43. Guild Buff Lock - To make sure that we avoid members who'll just join the guild, then leave after getting the buff, we also implemented the Guild Buff Lock - Each Guild Buff is very very specific to their own Guild Stash and Level. So the moment these scenarios happen, the Guild Buff automatically disappears: a. When player leaves the guild - Guild Buff disappears b. When player has been kicked from the guild - Guild Buff disappears c. When the guild disbands - Guild Buff disappears
Guild Buff Bonuses
The Guild Buff is greatly provides players with buff that can be used ANYWHERE. You name it whether its PVP/GVG/Events/BossHunts. Please see below as to the bonuses.
For Every 2 Guild Level Buff: +1% Drop Rate +2 Base Atk +2 Base Matk eg. If your Guild Buff Level is level 50, each guild member will receive: + 25% Drop Rate + 50 Base Atk + 50 Base Matk For Every 10 Guild Level Buff: +1% Physical DMG Output +1% Magical DMG Output +1% PVP DMG Reduction +1% Long Range DMG Reduction +2% MVP DMG Output eg. If your Guild Buff Level is level 50, each guild member will receive: +5% Physical DMG Output +5% Magical DMG Output +5% PVP DMG Reduction +5% Long Range DMG Reduction +10% MVP DMG Output
Guild Stash Contribution
Minimum Contribution per instance: 100,000z Maximum Contribution per instance: 10,000,000z
Maximum Guild Buff Level depends on your Guild Level. You can not level up your Guild Buff way past your Guild level. (PS: Keep in mind the 2 minute update time of Guild Levels)

Since this is a Teamwork Feature, this can be used by the respective Guild Leaders to do Guild Events. We provided the Top Donors rankings. The NPC will display the TOP 10 Contributors of your Guild Buff from the moment it started so the Leader can acknowledge the effort of his members.
There you have it! I know this feature has been seen somewhere else, specifically on ROM. We're adapting it, and adding some twist and own touch to make sure that it helps the economy rather than destroying it.
